ENGINEERING SERVICES
In accordance with the Common Rule (24CFR Part 85.36), which establishes standards for the procurement of property and services involving the expenditure of federal funds, and in accordance with West Virginia State law Chapter 5G. “Procurement of Architecture and Engineering Services by State and Its Subdivisions”, the City of Wheeling desires to retain the services of a person or firm to provide engineering services to provide specifications for the demolition of: 1323 Main Street (10W50D002400000000), 1319 Main Street (10W50D002500000000), 13 14th Street (10W5oD002500000000), 1 14th Street, (10W50D001200000000), 9 14th Street (10W50D001100000000), and 11 14th Street (10W50D001200000000
The specific services being sought by the City of Wheeling are identified in Request for Qualifications (RFQ) # 2025-2.
