ARCHITECTURAL/ ENGINEERING SERVICES

In accordance with the Common Rule (24CFR Part 85.36), which establishes standards for the procurement of property and services involving the expenditure of federal funds, and in accordance with West Virginia State law Chapter 5G. “Procurement of Architect-Engineer Services by State and Its Subdivisions”, the City of Wheeling desires to retain the services of a person or firm to provide engineering services to provide the specifications needed to demolish the building located at 131 15th Street and maintain the integrity of the site and surrounding area.
SERVICES REQUIRED:
The City of Wheeling, West Virginia proposes to demolish 131 15th Street, known as Clay School. The respondents selected will work primarily with the City Manager and the Building/Planning Department of the City of Wheeling.
