The City of Wheeling Police Department is seeking proposals for a mobile law enforcement system that integrates with the Ohio County 911 system providing key data; such as, active incidents with real-time updates, the ability to add notes, query multiple CJIS sources, and collaborative dispatch maps to improve the overall safety within the police department and community.  All proposals submitted must adhere to the following specifications or equivalent:

Interested parties should submit their proposal to the Police Department no later than midnight on April 29, 2022.  Proposals will be reviewed as received until the closing date after which interviews may be scheduled as needed.  The final award of the contract is contingent on Legal Department review and City Council approval.
