Description:
The City of Wheeling is accepting proposals for the implementation of a system to facilitate processing payments via the internet. Such process should assist in modernizing the approach and efficiency of such activities, including the processing of fines and fees for traffic violations, parking violations, and other activities, as determined by the Finance Department.
Interested parties should submit their proposal to the Finance Department no later than 9:00 AM September 7, 2021. Proposals will be reviewed as received until closing. Any proposal received after such date and time will not be considered. Questions may be directed to John Carlier – Asst. Finance Director at (304) 234-3810.
A digital copy of the proposal is required and should be emailed to jcarlier@wheelingwv.gov.
