Notice of intent to award contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for Absolute Fire Protection, 2800 Hamilton Blvd, South Plainfield, N.J. 07080 purchase through Houston Galveston Area Cooperative Contract FS12-19 Fire Service Apparatus. Information regarding the contract may be found at the Township Purchasing office located at 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666, during regular business hours, as well as on the HGAC Buy site at www.HGACBUY.org.
The Township of Teaneck joined the HGAC Cooperative on April 1, 2014 through Res # 61-2014.
The HGAC Cooperative contract expiration for FS12-19 Fire Service Apparatus is November 30, 2023.
It is the intent of the Township Manager to recommend to the Township of Teaneck governing body to make a contract award to Fire & Safety Services.
The Township of Teaneck is permitted to join HGAC Cooperative under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
Comment period ends on day of advertised public meeting at which time it is anticipated a resolution of award will be approved by the governing body of the Township of Teaneck on November 21, 2023.
