Notice of intent to award contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement for Teaneck Southern Little League Stadium Field, for synthetic Turf, Bleachers, Dugouts, Netting, Fencing & Scoreboard, Proposal under the terms of Cooperative Sourcewell Contract #031622-SII. Information regarding the contract may be found at the Township Purchasing office located at 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666 during regular business hours, as well as on the Sourcewell Cooperative at https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov/
The Township of Teaneck joined the Sourcewell Cooperative (formerly NJPA) on August 16, 2016, through resolution R# 186-2016.
The Sourcewell Cooperative contract expiration for #031622-SII is May 26, 2026
It is the intent of the Qualified Purchasing Agent to recommend to the Township of Teaneck governing body to make a contract award to Athletic Fields of America, 150 River Road, Building G, Unit 4B, Montville, NJ 07045,as authorized distributor for Shaw Sports Turf Inc., 185 South Industrial Boulevard, Calhoun, Georgia, 30701.
The Township of Teaneck is permitted to join Sourcewell National Cooperative under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
Comment period ends on October 16, 2023. It is anticipated a resolution of award will be approved by the governing body of the Township of Teaneck on October 17, 2023.
