Notice is hereby given that the Northstar Fire Department will receive sealed proposals for 2026-2027 Forest Fuels Reduction Labor:
1. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS
Proposals must be submitted using the official proposal form (part of the RFP Packet linked above). Bidders may submit their proposals via physical drop-off OR electronic mail as follows:

2. PRE-BID INSPECTION
A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID SITE VISIT to walk the proposed project areas is scheduled for:
June 1st at 9:00 AM (PST), Location: 910 Northstar Drive, Truckee, CA 96161.
3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Right to Reject:
The Department reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposal, and to make an award in the best interest of the Department, as determined in the Department’s sole discretion.
