Description: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of New Hartford, Oneida County, New York, pursuant to Resolution, shall receive sealed bids for the purchase of Kitchen equipment for the Town's Community Center at 8635 Clinton Street, New Hartford, NY, as per specifications on file in the Office of the Town Clerk at the aforesaid address. All bids shall be submitted at said Office of the Town Clerk until 10:45 A.M. on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 and shall be opened and real aloud at said 8635 Clinton Street address. Bids shall be presented in a sealed envelope and bear on the face thereof the names and address of the bidder and the project being bid. Bidders shall furnish the standard Non-Collusive Statement. The town Board reserves the right to reject and all bids and to re-advertise for new bids at its discretion.
