<h2>Project Cancelled</h2>
The free website upgrade project that was previously being donated by EvoGov, Inc. to the Town of Georgetown Delaware is now cancelled. <br/>
EvoGov, Inc. is under no obligation contractually to offer any free services to the Town of Georgetown.<br/>
The Georgetown Delaware website needs an urgent upgrade. The Team-Logic platform that the website is currently on was designed to host website for 3-5 years before requiring an upgrade.<br/>
The current website has been a fantastic value for the town, lasting 8 years. But it is time to upgrade.<br/>
While the Town has many choices of website providers, EvoGov would like to serve the town and participate in that upgrade project.<br/>
A successful municipal website upgrade project requires; a formal scope of work, fair invoicing, a realistic timeline, and most importantly - real buy-in from the Town Staff.<br/>
Unfortunately, since the free project had none of those requirements - it failed.<br/>
Any upgrade to the Georgetown Delaware website will require a new proposal, contract, and fee schedule to begin. <br />
There are HUNDREDS of new features in our newer municipal website platform, which is cloud-based and much more secure than Team-Logic.<br/>
A replacement for iCompass (called EvoAgendas) is also being developed, and will be included with the new platform.<br/>
