Description:
The Derby Housing Authority (DHA) is requesting proposals from qualified general contractors to provide all labor, materials and equipment required to perform miscellaneous on-call property maintenance services. Any firm desiring to furnish a proposal for such services shall submit a sealed proposal according to the instructions and format as set forth in the Request for Proposals Specifications/Instructions package. The firm selected to provide these services will be awarded a two-year contract with the Derby Housing Authority, reserving the right to renew for three additional one-year terms.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic all RFP submissions shall be mailed in a sealed envelope to Ellen Oczkowski, Derby Housing Authority, P.O. Box 843, Derby, CT 06418 with the notation on the front of the envelope “RFP Submission - Property Maintenance Services” on or before 3:00 p.m. - Thursday, August 6, 2020 where they will be stamped received. Please allow ample time for delivery as late proposals will not be accepted. The RFP’s will not be publicly opened.
