Bid Opening Info: Proposals shall be delivered to the City of Derby Finance Office, 1 Elizabeth Street, Derby, CT on or before 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19, 2019. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.

Description:

The City of Derby is seeking proposals for the acquisition and proposal for the use of a vacant City-owned property located at 55 Coon Hollow Road, Derby, CT.  The zoning designation for the property is §195-18. Public & Semipublic (P) Zone.

The City will hold an optional pre-proposal meeting/site visit on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the property site – 55 Coon Hollow Road, Derby, CT.

The minimum asking price for 55 Coon Hollow Road is $350,000.00.  The building will be sold “where is, as is.”

Proposals shall be delivered to the City of Derby Finance Office, 1 Elizabeth Street, Derby, CT on or before 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19, 2019.  Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
