Special Requirements: Note: Surety Company Bond, on a form furnished by the City of Derby, for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, must accompany each proposal; certified checks will also accepted. The City of Derby reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part or to waive any informality in bidding if it is determined to be in the best interest of the City of Derby.
Misc. Info: Note: Bids may be held by the City of Derby for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders prior to awarding the contract.
