Description: The Derby Housing Authority (DHA) is seeking to engage the services of a qualified inspection firm certified in Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) inspections to conduct inspections of their HCV units to ensure they meet Housing Quality Standards as defined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Special Requirements: Request for Proposals submission shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to Ellen Oczkowski, Derby Housing Authority, 101 West Fourth Street, P.O. Box 843, Derby, CT 06418 with the notation on the front of the envelope “Housing Quality Standards Inspections” on or before 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 29, 2018. Late proposals will not be accepted.
