Sealed bids will be received, opened and read in public by the Township Purchasing Agent in the Municipal Building Council Chambers on Tuesday, March 7th, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. prevailing time, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be reached, for the supply and delivery of:

                                 

BUILDING MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR TOWNHALL AND POLICE DEPARTMENT

Specifications for the proposed cleaning services are on file in the office of the Purchasing Agent and will be furnished to prospective bidders upon request.

A certified check, cashier’s check or bid bond made payable to the Township of Teaneck in the amount of 10% of amount of the bid, but not to exceed $ 20,000.00, will be required to be submitted with the bid. Cash will not be accepted.

Sealed bids can be forwarded to the Township Purchasing Agent by mail, messenger, courier, overnight services or by hand at the Township of Teaneck Municipal Building, 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, New Jersey 07666   c/o the Township Clerk.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
