REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
REVALUATION OF ALL REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP OF TEANECK
The Township of Teaneck is soliciting proposals through the competitive contracting process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1. Sealed RFP responses will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Township Purchasing Agent of the Township of Teaneck, in the Council Chambers, Teaneck Town Hall, 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, N.J. 07666, on February 7th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. prevailing time or as soon as thereafter that the matter can be reached for:
“REVALUATION OF ALL REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP OF TEANECK”
Copies of the Request for Proposals are on file with the Township Purchasing Office, Teaneck Town Hall, 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck N.J. 07666, between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:00 pm., Monday through Friday and will be provided upon a written request to: Simona Casian-Sirbu, Purchasing Agent, Township of Teaneck, 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666, fax: 201-837-5212, e-mail: scasian@teanecknj.gov. Proposals are to be forwarded to the Purchasing Agent, c/o the Township Clerk enclosed in a sealed envelope and distinctly show the name of the proposer and be marked:
” REVALUATION OF ALL REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE TOWNSHIP OF TEANECK”.
Proposals for the above listed services are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq.
Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
