Sealed bids will be received, opened, read aloud, and available for viewing by the public via live streaming using the following web address www.teanecknj.gov/bid-openings, by the Township Purchasing Agent in the Township of Teaneck, Municipal Building, Council Chambers, 818 Teaneck Road, Teaneck, NJ 07666 in the County of Bergen and State of New Jersey on Thursday April 1st , 2021 at 1:00 PM prevailing time for:

The work to be performed under this contract includes the following:
The work described herein and to be performed in accordance with the requirements of the plans and these specifications consist of the clearing and grading, construction of a tennis court area with asphalt surface, concrete walkway, and other incidental items.
Principal items of work in the project include:
Copies of plans, specifications and bid documents may be obtained upon payment of $75 nonrefundable payable to Fastech Consulting Engineers, either by mailing a check to Fastech Consulting Engineers, 235 Moore Street, Suite 103, Hackensack, NJ 07601 or emailing a request to info@fastech-eng.com with scanned copy of check with authorization to withdraw electronically or alternate method. Each bid must be made upon the prescribed forms, furnished with the Contract Drawings and Specifications.
Bids must be received no later than 12:00 Noon on April 1st, 2021 and will be accepted in the following ways:

It is the Bidder’s responsibility to make sure that the bid is submitted on time and to the proper location.
The work shall be completed within 60 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
“Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et. seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.”
All bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of sixty (60) days except as may be permitted by N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.3.
