Description:
The City of Derby acting by and through the Board of Aldermen/Alderwomen is seeking proposals for the lease of a portion of real property owned by the City of Derby to a qualified respondent that has the jurisdiction and license to own and operate a water system in the City to construct, own, operate and maintain a water tank on such City-owned real property.
Proposals shall be delivered to the City of Derby Finance Office, 1 Elizabeth Street, Derby, CT on or before 12:00 p.m. on Monday, June 3, 2019. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
